Below you will find the general terms and conditions that apply if you purchase an original work via the web shop of Nienke, Portraits Colorful, artist. If you have questions other than those described below, do not hesitate to contact us.
Webshop order and secure payment
We sell our original artworks and reproductions through a Bigcartel webshop format and these offer several secure payment methods. Portraits colorful refers for the conditions that apply to payment with these secure payment methods to the applicable conditions or your credit card company and the conditions set by BigCartel.com.
Photos on websites and color fastness
We do our utmost to reproduce the color reproduction of the artworks in the photos on our website as accurately as possible. However, there may be some color deviations from the real original. This can be due to all kinds of things. Color deviation from our photos, but also due to the color settings of your screen.
Shipping conditions
We will prepare your shipment as soon as your payment has been credited to our account number. On average, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice via the e-mail you specified within 2 working days after payment has been placed and paid.
We will pack your order safely and securely and send is asap. Normally it wil take 1 or 2 days. After sending, you will receive a track and trace code by e-mail.
Your artworks can be shipped worldwide. Please note international customs charges are the buyer's responsibility
Returns
If you wish to return items, they must be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. In case you want to return, you have to report this within 5 days after receipt by [email protected].
Items must be in their original condition. You are responsible for returning the item in its original condition and without damage to Portraits Colorful. You will then receive a full refund of the item. The shipping cost of the return are for your account.
Please note that if you paid for the item via PayPal, PayPal may charge you for the refund of funds. These possible costs are not covered by Portraits Colorful.

This website does not collect any personal information other than that entered by those who purchase our products. Any information provided to purchase a product is used solely for that purpose and is not disclosed to third parties. Credit card information is only kept if required by the processing company to demonstrate the approval of the transaction by the customers.
